Fruit Receivals: We offer a full range of receival
equipment from 500kg to 20 tonne capacity with automatic weighing
and recording. Fast fruit transfer and simple cleaning procedures are
standard. All parts are highly durable.
Conveying Systems: Our conveying systems reduce
process time, minimise spillage, and maximise efficiency. IBS can
provide machinery to handle all stages of the process including
bottling, stalk removal and fluid handling.
Roto Fermentation: IBS Roto fermenters can
handle capacities of 5 to 80 tonnes. Control is available either
as fully automatic or operator specific, allowing more flexibility.
Cavity plates are certified and tested to Australian standards
and are easily cleaned.
Press Mobilisation: Custom built trolleys offer
maximum flexibility to suit the needs of individual press
manufacturers. Separate location for marc discharge and pendant
controls for easy operation are standard.
Specialty Stainless: Laboratory grade benches
and sinks with custom wine fittings, chutes and other
peripherals are all available through IBS.
